• The product does not match your size.
• The product should be in its original and undamaged packing.
• The minimum time for processing the return or exchange is 07 working days.

Customized orders that include alterations and made to order products cannot be refunded or exchanged. However, if you have received an incorrect measurement, you can claim the exchange by proving written evidence.
